Dr. Abhishek Sinha

Abhishek Sinha, MD

Dr. Sinha completed his undergraduate education at Stanford University with a BS degree achieving honors in Biological Sciences. He completed his medical school degree at Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut which included one year at the NIH where he participated in the HHMI-NIH Research Scholars program. His research resulted in a patent, and his medical school thesis received an award from the American Cancer Society. He then completed three years as an internal medicine resident at Yale-New Haven hospital.

Dr. Sinha completed a one-year heart failure/cardiac transplantation fellowship also at Yale. He then went on to complete his general cardiology at the University of Washington in Seattle. This was followed by a two-years interventional cardiology fellowship at the University of Washington, during which he received extensive training in complex coronary interventions and a wide-variety of structural heart interventions. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease.

Dr. Sinha's main interests include interventional cardiology along with structural heart disease. In addition to this impressive training, Dr. Sinha has been the author of several noteworthy papers and a patent.
